Returns Policy

All products released by Our Hero The Villain Inc. are produced in limited quantities. As a result, all sales are final, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

No General Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect sizing or fit, personal preference, buyer’s remorse, or normal wear and tear.

Defective Products (Limited Exception)

Returns will be considered only if a product is determined to be defective at the time of delivery. To request a defect review, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery, provide clear photographic evidence via email, and include the original order number.

All defect claims are subject to visual inspection and approval by Our Hero The Villain Inc.. Approval is granted solely at our discretion.

Remedies for Approved Defects

If a defect is approved, Our Hero The Villain Inc. may, at its sole discretion: (1) remake the product using the original drop number, (2) decline a remake, in which case the final drop quantity will be reduced, or (3) repair or replace the item where appropriate.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only where no reasonable remedy is possible.

Limited Run & Drop Integrity

Products are released as limited or numbered drops. If a defective product is remade, the original drop number remains valid. If a defective product is not remade, the final drop count may be reduced accordingly.

Clothing Care Requirements

For all clothing items: Dry clean only. Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Do not alter or modify. Failure to follow care instructions is considered misuse and voids any defect claim.

Tampering, Misuse, or Improper Care

Any product determined to have been altered, misused, washed improperly, intentionally damaged, or modified will not be eligible for return, remake, repair, or replacement.

Final Authority

All determinations regarding defects, remedies, remakes, drop counts, and eligibility are made solely by Our Hero The Villain Inc. and are final.
