These Terms & Conditions govern the use of websites, products, releases, services, digital experiences, branded systems, and collectible digital platforms operated by Our Hero The Villain Inc., including Kloset Greed™, 1OFUS™, Foolish Rivalry™, FRAMEWORK™, and associated creative divisions.
By accessing this website or purchasing from Our Hero The Villain Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Brand Identity & Creative Operations
Our Hero The Villain Inc. is a Canadian creative products and media company that designs, develops, manufactures, publishes, markets, and distributes original intellectual property across multiple creative disciplines through its independently owned brands, divisions, and collections.
Products released under Kloset Greed™, 1OFUS™, Foolish Rivalry™, and related divisions may include limited-edition garments, jewellery, digital assets, artistic objects, sculptural works, visual systems, packaging systems, and collectible design releases.
Limited Releases & Product Availability
Many releases produced by Our Hero The Villain Inc. are intentionally limited in quantity and may never be reproduced once sold out.
Product availability is not guaranteed and inventory may change without notice at any time before, during, or after release events.
Release dates, access windows, early access periods, launch schedules, and availability timelines are subject to modification, postponement, cancellation, interruption, or adjustment without liability.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address.
Pricing, Points & Redemption
OHTV offerings may be made available for fiat purchase, points redemption, or another transaction method expressly identified on the applicable product, service, or release page.
Where a physical product is designated as points-only, the displayed points total is the complete points amount required for the merchandise and standard shipping and fulfillment unless expressly stated otherwise. No separate customer-facing shipping fee is added to that standard redemption.
Points are an ecosystem accounting and redemption unit. Displayed points requirements are not presented as, and do not disclose, a public exchange rate to CAD or any other fiat currency.
Duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, import costs, or other third-party charges may still apply where stated or required by law and are governed by the applicable product terms and Shipping Policy.
Fiat prices, points requirements, duties, taxes, release structures, promotional terms, and product availability may change before a transaction is completed, subject to applicable law and any order or redemption already accepted by Our Hero The Villain Inc.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable fiat or points terms before submitting an order or redemption.
Payment & Redemption Processing
Where fiat payment is offered, the transaction may be processed through the third-party payment processor identified during the applicable checkout flow. Where points-only redemption applies, authorization is handled through the OHTV shared points infrastructure.
No separate fiat payment is required for merchandise or standard shipping and fulfillment when a physical product is expressly offered as points-only and the displayed points total states the required redemption amount.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. does not store full payment card credentials, third-party account passwords, cryptocurrency private keys, wallet seed phrases, or similar authentication secrets provided to external payment or account providers.
Orders, Account Accuracy & Refusal Rights
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and shipping information for all orders or redemptions, together with billing and payment information where a fiat payment method applies.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or terminate any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:
- Suspected fraud or suspicious purchasing activity
- Unauthorized resale behavior
- Chargeback abuse
- False billing information
- Inventory errors
- Payment or points-redemption authorization failures, account verification failures, or failed processor verification where applicable
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Orders suspected of automated purchasing, release manipulation, or abuse of release systems may be cancelled without notice.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All website content, visuals, graphics, logos, branding systems, product designs, jewellery concepts, sculptural objects, release systems, animations, artwork, photographs, videos, written material, audio, interface systems, packaging systems, and associated creative materials are the intellectual property of Our Hero The Villain Inc. unless otherwise stated.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Kloset Greed™ garments and visual systems
- 1OFUS™ jewellery concepts, structures, and design language
- Foolish Rivalry™ objects, sculptural forms, and collectible systems
- FRAMEWORK™ digital release systems, interface structures, collectible presentation formats, visual packaging systems, and associated digital environments
- Website layouts, visual presentation systems, and release structures
- Original logos, typography treatments, symbols, and brand identifiers
Anti-Replication & Commercial Reproduction Restrictions
No product, object, design, artwork, jewellery concept, visual system, sculptural form, branding element, or creative material produced by Our Hero The Villain Inc. may be copied, reproduced, manufactured, commercially replicated, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, resold for manufacturing purposes, or exploited commercially without prior written consent.
Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, imitation, scanning, molding, casting, digital replication, AI-assisted replication, or manufacturing of products or design systems may result in legal action where applicable.
Shipping Disclaimer
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, labor interruptions, international processing, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate when submitting an order or redemption.
Returns Policy Reference
Orders and redemptions made through Our Hero The Villain Inc. are also governed by our Returns Policy.
By placing an order or submitting a redemption, customers acknowledge and agree to the conditions outlined within the Returns Policy.
Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse Protection
Fraudulent transactions, false disputes, unauthorized chargebacks, policy abuse, account manipulation, or release exploitation may result in:
- Order cancellation
- Account restrictions
- Refusal of future purchases
- Permanent purchasing bans
- Investigation by applicable payment, account, redemption, governmental authorities, or service providers
Website Usage Restrictions
Users may not use this website or its systems to:
- Scrape or harvest website content
- Copy product imagery or release systems
- Replicate branding or visual structures
- Interfere with website functionality
- Attempt unauthorized access to protected systems
- Use automated bots during release events
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Hero The Villain Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of this website, delayed deliveries, release interruptions, product availability limitations, or inability to access products or services.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through Our Hero The Villain Inc. shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located within Ontario, Canada.
Modification Rights
Our Hero The Villain Inc. reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
