Returns Policy

Our Hero The Villain Inc. operates multiple limited-run product divisions, including Kloset Greed™, 1OFUS™, Foolish Rivalry™, and FRAMEWORK™.

All products released under these divisions are intentionally produced in highly restricted quantities, typically limited to 85 units or fewer per release unless otherwise stated.

Due to the controlled nature of production, inventory allocation, and release structure, all purchases made through our websites are considered final sale unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Every item is reviewed, inspected, and packaged prior to shipment to help ensure order accuracy and overall quality standards before leaving our facility or fulfillment partner.

Customer Care & Good Faith Review

Our Hero The Villain Inc. aims to operate with professionalism, transparency, and good faith. While many products are limited-run or final sale, we still review legitimate customer concerns carefully and respectfully.

Customers are expected to provide accurate order information, review sizing and product details before purchase, and communicate honestly if an issue occurs. In return, we will make reasonable efforts to review valid concerns involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or fulfillment-related issues.

This policy is designed to protect both the customer and the integrity of limited-release production. We do not use “final sale” language to avoid responsibility for genuine mistakes or verified product issues.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for the following circumstances:

• Incorrect sizing selections made by the customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal preference regarding fit, texture, finish, or appearance
• Orders placed for limited releases, exclusive access releases, or timed drops
• Products showing signs of wear, use, modification, damage, or alteration after delivery
• Items purchased through promotional access, early access, private access, or release events
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizing information, release details, materials, and order information carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, materially defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not qualify for review or resolution.

The request must include:

• Full name used for the order
• Order number
• Clear photographs of the issue
• Photographs of the packaging if applicable
• A brief written explanation of the issue

Review & Resolution Process

Once submitted, requests are reviewed internally by Our Hero The Villain Inc.

If a claim is approved, resolution options may include:

• Replacement item, if inventory is available
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Full refund
• Repair or restoration assistance where applicable

Resolution methods are determined solely at the discretion of Our Hero The Villain Inc. based on inventory availability, release limitations, and the nature of the issue presented.

Because many releases are intentionally limited and permanently restricted in quantity, replacement inventory will often not exist once a release has sold out.

Cryptocurrency Orders & Refunds

Cryptocurrency orders are not considered fully paid or ready for fulfillment until payment has been confirmed through the applicable crypto payment processor.

Expired, underpaid, failed, delayed, or incorrectly submitted cryptocurrency payments may require additional review before an order can be processed, cancelled, or refunded where applicable.

Approved refunds related to cryptocurrency purchases may be issued in the original digital asset or equivalent USD value at the sole discretion of Our Hero The Villain Inc.

Blockchain network fees, gas fees, exchange fluctuations, and third-party processing costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate wallet information for any approved cryptocurrency refund process.

Return Shipping Responsibility

If a return, inspection, or authorized shipment back to Our Hero The Villain Inc. is approved, all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, insurance fees, and associated delivery expenses remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing by Our Hero The Villain Inc.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for any approved return shipment. Our Hero The Villain Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments while in transit back to our facility or fulfillment partners.

Fraud Prevention & Abuse Protection

Our Hero The Villain Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future purchases where fraudulent activity, abuse of policy, chargeback abuse, resale manipulation, or suspicious purchasing behavior is suspected.

Returned merchandise sent without authorization may be refused and returned to sender.

Policy Acceptance

By purchasing from Our Hero The Villain Inc., including Kloset Greed, 1OFUS, and Foolish Rivalry releases, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined within this Returns Policy.
