Production Window
Many products released through Our Hero The Villain Inc. are produced, assembled, packaged, finished, or prepared in limited quantities following the completion of an order.
Customers should allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and order preparation before shipment unless otherwise stated during the release process.
Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on release volume, material availability, manufacturing timelines, quality control review, customization requirements, or operational demand.

Shipping Rates
Kloset Greed™ hoodies and sweaters are currently shipped at a flat rate of $30 USD per item unless otherwise stated during checkout or within a specific release page.
This flat shipping rate helps cover packaging, handling, tracking preparation, carrier processing, and release-specific fulfillment requirements.
Shipping charges are added separately from the listed product price. For cryptocurrency checkout, the displayed crypto payment total includes the product price plus the $30 USD flat shipping charge.
International shipments may still be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT charges, tariffs, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the flat shipping rate.
Shipping charges displayed at checkout supersede general shipping language listed within this policy.
Tracking Information
Tracking information may be provided once shipment processing has been completed and the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not update immediately following shipment.

Cryptocurrency Payment Processing
Orders paid through cryptocurrency may require additional blockchain confirmation time before fulfillment processing begins.

Shipment preparation will not begin until payment confirmation has been successfully completed through the applicable payment processor.

PO Boxes & Delivery Restrictions
Certain products, release formats, carriers, or shipment types may not qualify for delivery to PO boxes or forwarding addresses.

Multi-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately depending on production schedules, inventory availability, packaging requirements, or release timing.
Partial shipments do not necessarily indicate missing items.
Release Delays & Limited Production Acknowledgment
Customers acknowledge that many Our Hero The Villain Inc. releases operate as limited-run or controlled production releases.

Our Hero The Villain Inc. shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of reasonable operational control.
Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Shipments
Packages refused by the customer, returned due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, unpaid import fees, or unclaimed delivery status may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment can occur.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once shipment processing has begun.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders or issue partial refunds for unclaimed or refused shipments at our sole discretion.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery operations shifts to the carrier handling the shipment.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged during transit.
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes or tracking concerns where applicable.

Our Hero The Villain Inc. shall not be held liable for shipping delays, production interruptions, or fulfillment failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, carrier interruptions, customs delays, supply chain disruptions, manufacturing interruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, cyber incidents, or infrastructure failures.
