This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through Our Hero The Villain Inc., including Kloset Greed™, 1OFUS™, Foolish Rivalry™, FRAMEWORK™, and associated product divisions, releases, and collectible systems.
Production Window
Because many products are manufactured to order rather than stocked in inventory, production begins after an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Customers should allow approximately 2 weeks for production, quality control, packaging, and order preparation before shipment unless otherwise stated during the release process.
Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on release volume, material availability, manufacturing timelines, quality control review, customization requirements, or operational demand.

Shipping timelines presented during checkout or within customer communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery speeds may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions, regional service interruptions, and circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated on a per-item basis. Current Kloset Greed™ hoodies and crewnecks are generally shipped at a flat rate of $30 USD per garment unless otherwise stated during checkout or within a specific product or release page.
This flat shipping rate helps cover packaging materials, order handling, fulfillment preparation, tracking generation, carrier processing, and release-specific logistics.
Shipping charges are added separately from the listed product price. For cryptocurrency checkout, the displayed crypto payment total includes the product price plus the applicable shipping charge shown during checkout.
International shipments may still be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT charges, tariffs, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the flat shipping rate.
Shipping charges displayed at checkout supersede general shipping language listed within this policy.

Shipping Origin
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise specified for a particular product, release, or fulfillment partner.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is normally issued once production has been completed and the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not update immediately following shipment.
Certain shipments may require signature confirmation, additional insurance, identity verification, or carrier-specific delivery procedures depending on destination, order value, release type, or fraud-prevention review.
Cryptocurrency Payment Processing
Orders paid through cryptocurrency may require additional blockchain confirmation time before fulfillment processing begins.
Payment confirmation times may vary depending on blockchain network activity, digital asset type, network congestion, gas conditions, or third-party payment processor verification procedures.
Shipment preparation will not begin until payment confirmation has been successfully completed through the applicable payment processor.
Address Accuracy Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.
PO Boxes & Delivery Restrictions
Certain products, release formats, carriers, or shipment types may not qualify for delivery to PO boxes or forwarding addresses.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. reserves the right to cancel or restrict shipments where delivery limitations, fraud concerns, or carrier restrictions exist.
Multi-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately depending on production schedules, inventory availability, packaging requirements, or release timing.
Partial shipments do not necessarily indicate missing items.
Release Delays & Limited Production Acknowledgment
Customers acknowledge that many Our Hero The Villain Inc. releases operate as limited-run or controlled production releases.
Delays related to production, quality control, material sourcing, packaging preparation, customs processing, or release scheduling may occur from time to time.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of reasonable operational control.
Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Shipments
Packages refused by the customer, returned due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, unpaid import fees, or unclaimed delivery status may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment can occur.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once shipment processing has begun.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. reserves the right to cancel orders or issue partial refunds for unclaimed or refused shipments at our sole discretion.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery operations are managed by the carrier.
If a shipment is lost, damaged, delayed, or experiences delivery issues during transit, customers should first contact the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. will make reasonable efforts to assist customers by providing available shipping documentation or carrier information where appropriate, but cannot guarantee carrier outcomes once a shipment has entered the carrier's network.
International Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT charges, tariffs, and associated import-related costs imposed by their local jurisdiction.
Our Hero The Villain Inc. has no control over customs processing timelines or international import charges.
Force Majeure
Our Hero The Villain Inc. shall not be held liable for shipping delays, production interruptions, or fulfillment failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, carrier interruptions, customs delays, supply chain disruptions, manufacturing interruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, cyber incidents, or infrastructure failures.
