Brand Identity & Creative Operations

Our Hero The Villain Inc. operates as a controlled creative system focused on limited-run fashion, collectible design objects, conceptual jewelry, branded experiences, and creative release ecosystems.

Products released under Kloset Greed™, 1OFUS™, Foolish Rivalry™, and related divisions may include limited-edition garments, jewelry, digital assets, artistic objects, sculptural works, visual systems, packaging systems, and collectible design releases.

Limited Releases & Product Availability

Many releases produced by Our Hero The Villain Inc. are intentionally limited in quantity and may never be reproduced once sold out.

Product availability is not guaranteed and inventory may change without notice at any time before, during, or after release events.

Release dates, access windows, early access periods, launch schedules, and availability timelines are subject to modification, postponement, cancellation, interruption, or adjustment without liability.

Our Hero The Villain Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per customer, household, account, payment method, or shipping address.

Pricing & Currency

All pricing displayed on this website is listed in the currency identified at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Prices, shipping costs, duties, taxes, release structures, promotional pricing, and product availability may change without notice.

Payment Processing

Our Hero The Villain Inc. may accept payments through third-party payment processors, including PayPal and NOWPayments.

Payments made through PayPal are processed by PayPal and may be subject to PayPal’s own terms, conditions, fraud review, authorization procedures, buyer protection rules, and payment processing timelines.

Our Hero The Villain Inc. does not store full payment card details, PayPal login credentials, cryptocurrency private keys, wallet seed phrases, or blockchain wallet credentials.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments may be processed through NOWPayments or another third-party crypto payment processor.

By submitting a cryptocurrency payment, customers acknowledge that blockchain transactions may be irreversible once confirmed on the applicable network.

Customers are solely responsible for submitting payment using the correct supported digital asset, wallet address, blockchain network, invoice amount, and payment window before invoice expiration.

Cryptocurrency orders will only begin fulfillment processing after payment has been successfully confirmed through the applicable payment processor.

Failed, expired, underpaid, overpaid, delayed, or incorrectly routed cryptocurrency payments may require additional review and are not guaranteed to result in order fulfillment.

Completed cryptocurrency payments are considered final unless otherwise required under applicable law or approved at the sole discretion of Our Hero The Villain Inc.

Orders, Billing Accuracy & Refusal Rights

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and account information for all purchases.

Our Hero The Villain Inc. reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or terminate any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

Anti-Replication & Commercial Reproduction Restrictions

No product, object, design, artwork, jewelry concept, visual system, sculptural form, branding element, or creative material produced by Our Hero The Villain Inc. may be copied, reproduced, manufactured, commercially replicated, distributed, modified, reverse engineered, resold for manufacturing purposes, or exploited commercially without prior written consent.

Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, imitation, scanning, molding, casting, digital replication, AI-assisted replication, or manufacturing of products or design systems may result in legal action where applicable.

Shipping Disclaimer

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Our Hero The Villain Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, labor interruptions, international processing, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
